HEALTHY FOOD - HIGH PROTEIN DIET FOOD

High Protein Diet Food

High protein foods are very important for the body, for good reason they are included in the basic diet of athletes. Because its use is to make the muscles to actively work continuously. Such foods do not affect weight gain. If a person wants to lose weight and at the same time build muscle mass, then products containing large amounts of protein should be included in the daily diet. Unfortunately, not many protein-rich products are easy to get.

Protein is a substance that is not only needed by muscles. Rather, it is the main key needed by all organs of the body. Foods that are rich in protein can build cell tissue and human organs. Protein can help in the formation of enzymes, hemoglobin, hormones, and other important compounds that perform complex functions. Due to the formation of these compounds, proteins allow us to develop immunity against various infections, in addition to participating in the processes of assimilation of fats, minerals, vitamins and carbohydrates.

The body will easily recover from infection by eating foods rich in this substance. Unlike fats and carbohydrates, protein cannot naturally accumulate in the body and requires regular daily replenishment. The adult body needs about 70 grams of protein a day to function normally. This is the standard for a healthy person. When contracting a disease, the amount of protein consumed should be increased, and the daily diet should provide the body with at least 120 grams of protein.

Lean Meat

The main source of protein is meat. Each diet menu should contain foods rich in protein, and the main choice should be lean meat. Foods that rank first in the list of dietary proteins include beef, rabbit meat, and lamb. Although pork also has a high protein content, but because the fat content is also high, so it is better not to include it in the daily diet menu.

It should be noted that not all types of meat contain a lot of protein. Especially in meat from processed products such as smoked meat, cured meat, sausages, etc. Meat like this should not be used as a source of protein production. For poultry such as geese, chickens, turkeys or pigeons it is very suitable as a product that carries protein in the body.

Fish and Marine Organisms

Fish and marine organisms are also high protein foods. Such as tuna, salmon, mackerel, flounder, herring, and trout. In addition, experts advise not to forget the meat of shrimp, lobster, crab, and mussels. These foods are very high in protein. And for smoked fish, it is better not to include it in the diet menu.

Everyone knows that milk has a high amount of calcium, especially for dairy products given to children. Apart from being rich in protein, cream, cottage cheese is also low in fat. In cheese products, the average is about 5% protein. Yogurt is also a protein supplier product for the human body. Useful substances will be easily absorbed by the body if this dairy product is combined with various fruits. But in combination with meat, this food is not suitable.
